I've had quite the week. Seven days of non-stop action. Well, sorta.
First on the list, Taku-Chan's pool party. We rocked out hardcore as the Pink Scrotums, the world's first all-girl death metal band. V-Chan was our mascot. She got to the be the Pink Scrotum. Harr-harr. We watched Ghost Hunters, and that was creepy, mainly because it was in Altoona, PA, a place we'd all gone together! Weird-ness.
Secondly, V-Chan's farewell party. She's in Hawaii right now, lucky duck, and is heading for her new home in Georgia afterward, so we got together to hang with her one last time before she left. Those in attendance were Kaitlin, Erin, and myself, along with Vanessa, of course. We just sorta hung out, basically. Not too much going on there. That was Sunday, just so ya'll know.
Lastly, on Monday, my father, Little Man, my grandmother, and I left for 3 days in Niagara Falls, New York. Sweet-ness. The falls were so awesome. I had never seen them in real life before, only in pictures. We rode the Maid of the Mist boat, which was a lot of fun, and went on the Cave of the Winds tour, which took us within 2 feet of the Bridal Veil falls! We were a bit wet after that, let me tell you.
While my dad was off at a training session (yes, we intruded on his buisness trip), the three of us ate at the nearest Denny's. The food was as usual, and LM ordered his meal as usual as well, Mini Burgers, meat only. They brought out our meal, and his burgers had all of the stuff on 'em. So, of course we sent them back. The waitress was talking about us behind our backs, like we had done something wrong, which we hadn't. So, I left her an evil note and we didn't leave anyt tip, harr-harr.
We also had dinner at this ritzy Italian restaurant (i.e. LeBella). The waiter pulled out my chair! I was so impressed by that, sadly. I am just a Pennsylvania hick, pay me no mind. They also gave us the daintiest sodas ever. They were in this little tiny glasses with coffee stirrers as straws. Neato stuff. And they had some fucking awesome cheesecake. Strawberry cheescake, even.
And to top the fun off, we went into an evil wax museum. It had all sorts of scary stuff in it. It was horribly cheesy, though. I still squealed, despite that, when things popped out at me. I know, I am such a wuss. The amusing part was that Jason Vorhees was shorter than Freddy Krueger and Hannibal Lechter looked like a zombie and was thrashing around, which he didn't do in any of the movies. There was a really noisy part, too, in the upstairs, where the guy was being electrocuted. It was a whole bunch of fun. I just think it would have been better if Taku, Maya, and Jingles were there to share the lovely experience with me. That would have been hilarious.
Anyway, I think I'm done now. Thank you for reading my ramblings. Love you all!

Re: Boo-ya.
Taku, it wasn't LeBella's. It was a place like it. Only in New York, called Como's.August 6 2005, 20:57:57 UTC 6 years ago
